Course Overview
This
course will equip you with the knowledge needed to understand and
successfully apply the concepts of Organizational Project Management
(OPM) to your organization. On the first day of this class,
you will learn how the disciplines of project, program and portfolio
management come together within the organizational environment to
create a best in class organization. On the second day of the
course, you will explore the concepts of OPM, which will help you
understand how to diagnose and improve your organization's business
result using PMI's international maturity model (OPM3).
